Warranty Policy for Alanum Computers:


1. Manufacturer's Responsibility: Alanum Computers stands behind the quality of our products. If a manufacturing fault arises within the specified warranty period, we will address the issue promptly.


2. Receipt and Warranty Card: Customers must ensure they receive the warranty card along with the invoice at the time of purchase. Our customer support center will require these documents for warranty claims.


3. Original Invoice Requirement: To process a warranty claim, the original invoice must be presented. Claims without the original invoice will not be accepted.


4. Product Inspection: We encourage customers to inspect their purchases before leaving our premises, as the warranty period begins upon receipt generation.


5. Conditions for Warranty Claim Rejection: Warranty claims will be rejected if the product shows signs of damage due to mishandling, weather conditions, tampering, or accidental damage.


6. Software Support: Please note that warranty for computer hardware does not include software support. Customers should refer to the manufacturer's website for software-related inquiries.


7. Warranty Sticker/Serial Numbers: Warranty claims will be rejected if warranty stickers or serial numbers are torn or tampered with.


8. Repair or Replacement: Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, the product/component will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Alanum Computers. The duration of the process may range from 3 to 6 weeks.


9. Conditional Warranty Claims: In cases where the defect is not clearly attributable to a manufacturing fault, warranty claims may be accepted on a conditional basis, subject to our discretion.


10. LCDs/LEDs Dot Policy: Warranty claims will not be entertained for LCDs/LEDs with dots appearing on the screen.


11. Warranty Alterations: Alanum Computers reserves the right to alter the warranty terms and conditions. Any changes will be updated on our website.


12. Accessories Warranty: Power adapters, cables, printer cartridges/toners, and additional accessories do not carry any warranty.


13. International Warranty: Products eligible for international warranty must be registered directly with the manufacturer, and warranty claims will be handled by the user as per the manufacturer's instructions.


14. Used Hardware Warranty: Used hardware comes with a checking warranty only. Customers are advised to ensure the hardware is in good condition before leaving the store.


15. Warranty Acceptance Hours: Warranty claims are accepted from Monday to Friday between 11:30 am to 6:30 pm.


16. PC Warranty Terms: The PC is covered under full warranty, provided the user does not open the PC case. No component additions or removals are allowed during the warranty period without pre-approval from our service center.


17. Product Upgrades: In case a product is discontinued, Alanum Computers reserves the right to charge a certain amount for product/component upgrades. If the customer declines the upgrade, a refund may be issued after deduction.


18. Limited Warranty: Our warranty includes one year of free coverage, with subsequent years subject to paid warranty terms.


19. Items Without Warranty: If "Without Warranty" is specified on any item, customers are advised to inspect the item thoroughly before leaving the store, as no responsibility will be assumed afterwards.
