Return and Warranty Policy for Alanum Computers:

1.    Prices may change prior to any notice if foreign exchange rates gets changed.

2.    All the above mentioned prices are against Cash / CDC or Bank Deposit.

3.    All the above given Prices are excluding of all kind of taxes and/or if any other kind of direct or indirect tax/service charges applied will be charged separately.

4.    Al Anum Computers is not responsible for any Typographic error in the above mentioned product specifications refer to brand website.

5.    The standard warranty policy will be applied in accordance with the guidelines set by manufacturers, importers, distributors, and vendors. The Company assumes limited liability in providing a warranty, especially in cases involving damages due to transit, misuse, power failures, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or any external factors not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

6.    For products labeled with an "Official Warranty," Customers can contact the local service center directly. It is the customer's responsibility to check and receive a warranty card upon delivery with the invoice. The seller holds no liability or responsibility to support warranty claims or matters related to these products.

7.    For products labeled with "International Warranty," the customer acknowledges that the seller in Pakistan holds no warranty liability. Al Anum Computers is not liable to provide any claims for products with an international warranty. Should the laptop require service, replacement, or repair, the customer will be responsible for sending the unit to the region where the warranty applies (e.g., US, UAE, etc.). Our role will be limited to providing troubleshooting support.

8.    For products labeled with a "Checking Warranty," a 3-day warranty period from the date of purchase will be provided. This warranty covers basic functionality but does not extend to issues resulting from misuse, mishandling, or external damage after purchase.

9.    Customers must retain their proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to make a warranty claim. Any defective product must be returned to us with the original packaging.

11. Consignments can get late due to shipment delays.

Return Policy.

  1. All laptops and products sold by Al Anum Computers are brand new and unused. All after-sales support, repairs, and warranty claims are handled strictly according to the respective brand’s official or international warranty policy, as applicable.
  2. Returns or exchanges are only permitted at the time of physical purchase (in-store) or at the moment of delivery. Once the product is accepted, opened, or used, no return or exchange requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
  3. Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of purchase or delivery, including model, specifications, physical condition, and included accessories. Acceptance of the product confirms customer satisfaction.
  4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after delivery completion, unless the product is covered under the optional 100% Insurance Policy.
  5. Al Anum Computers offers an optional 100% Insurance Coverage. Only insured orders are eligible for a full claim (refund or replacement) in case of verified transit damage, loss, or other covered insured events, subject to insurance provider approval and policy terms.
  6. Without insurance coverage, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including change of mind, compatibility issues, or personal preference.
  7. Any return or claim approved under insurance must be supported with the original invoice, complete packaging, all accessories, and must meet the insurance verification requirements.
  8. Products once sold are considered final sale, unless resolved at the point of delivery or physical handover, or explicitly covered under the insurance policy.
